In the same field of work, he spent three years in Jordan from 2004 to 2007. Continued to work in the construction industry after being in Saudi Arabia for four years, from 2012-2008. Moved to the UAE in 2013, he did. Innovative advancements in the real estate industry were spearheaded by him, leaving a lasting impact in Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai markets.
His multi-disciplinary skills in the valuation and real estate industry were apparent, thanks to his extensive background and decades-long experience. His skills in property management, marketing and leasing, real estate acquisitions and disposals, feasibility studies, and property valuations were well-established. This experience gave him an acute understanding of the mechanics and investor demands of the UAE real estate market which continues as a strong legacy.
